Strock Stone House

The Strock Stone House (7171 Mahoning Ave.)--along with two acres of forested land was acquired from the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District in 1992 on a 99 year lease. This national historic landmark overlooks the Meander Reservoir on the western boundary of Austintown Township. The grounds are maintained by the Park Department in partnership with the Austintown Historical Society who furnishes manages the house for monthly tours and scheduled use. The house is open by appointment with the Austintown Historical Society at 330-792-1129
