PUBLIC NOTICE OF AUCTION

The Board of Trustees of Austintown Township will offer for sale on SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2010, at 10:00 A.M., at the Township Garage, 82 Ohltown Road, Austintown, Ohio, nineteen (19) vehicles and miscellaneous items from all Township Departments. Go to the Township's Website at www.austintowntwp.com for the listing of vehicles.

The vehicles may be inspected from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on the date of the sale. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids. TERMS: CASH IN HAND.

The foregoing is by order of the Board of Trustees of Austintown Township.
